Mississippi Charter boats (that I know of ) licensed to fish in Louisiana waters which is a short 7 mile run from

In Mississippi I pay a one time fee every year that covers everyone fishing from my vessel.
Louisiana does their licenses a little different from Mississippi, they require everyone get a 3 day license for $5
